Final Fantasy XIV 6.35 Patch Notes

Final Fantasy XIV Patch 6.35 is finally here. Here is everything you need to know!

Final Fantasy XIV Patch 6.35 has released on March 7, 2023, and adds the last bits of content that have been promised for the 6.3 Patch: Gods Revel, Lands Tremble.

This is no major patch, so don't expect any sweeping additions like a new raid tier or a new chapter for the Main Scenario. Instead, it is a collection of minor things as well as a highly anticipated feature.

Here, we'll explain them all in great detail. What has been added, how to unlock that particular piece of content, and if there is anything else to know. If you're looking forward to patch 6.4, you'll sadly have to wait a little longer.

There hasn't been a live letter yet, but you can expect the first of two at the end of the month or early next month, before the patch releases sometime in May of this year. That patch will come with another entry into the Main Scenario as well as the last Raid tier of the Endwalker patch cycle and a new criterion dungeon.

Hildibrand and Next Relic Step

First, we get into the new chapter of the Somehow Further Hildibrand Adventures. This quest will continue to the newest adventure all around Etheryis' brightest detective. To pick it up, you'll have to be all caught up with Hildebrand's adventures.

If you have, you can pick up the quest ‘The Spectacle of Inspection' from Delion in Radz-at-Han. Completing the quest will also unlock the next step of the Relic Weapons.

After finishing the recent Hildibrand quests which are ‘The Spectacle of Inspection' and ‘Generational Bounding' you can talk to Gerolt in Radz-at-Han to accept the quest ‘Well-oiled'.

If you haven't yet, you'll need to have completed the first step of the relic weapons by talking to the House Manderville Artisan and giving him three Manderium Meteorites.

This next step will require you to buy 3 Complementary Chondrite from Jubrunnah at the Aetheryte plaza in Radz-at-Han. Buying 3 Complementary Chondrite will cost you 1500 Allagan Tomestones of Astronomy.

Give these to the House Manderville Artisan and he'll upgrade your Manderville Weapon of choice to an Amazing Manderville Weapon. Those are at item level 630 and are almost as good as the weapons from the current raid tier and for the low effort it takes to actually make them, it's worth getting them to catch up on gearing till the next patch.

Loporrit Tribal Quests

The final set of tribe quests has finally arrived for Final Fantasy XIV Endwalker. This time it's the Loporrits that need your help. The tribe quest themselves are exclusive for crafting class' and require a minimum of level 80 to accept. They're a great way to level your crafters if you haven't hit level 90 on them yet.

To unlock these quests, you'll first have to complete a quest chain that starts in Mare Lamentorum. The first quest of the chain rewards an Aether Current, so there's a chance you've already completed it. But don't worry the follow-up quests will be marked with a blue quest marker on your map. The first quest of the chain is called ‘Name That Way'.

After completing this quest chain and the main scenario quest ‘Endwalker' you can find Dreamingway in Old Sharlayan. Here you can accept ‘Must Be Dreaming(way)' on a crafting class and progress the quest. Now you can accept 3 daily quests at Hoper's Hold and increase your reputation with the Loporrits.

Once you've progressed far enough, you'll slowly unlock more rewards for purchase. This includes the Moon-hopper mount, the Orchestrion Roll for ‘Dreamwalker' and the Final Fantasy 4 Battle Theme, the Ear Wiggle emote, and the Findingway minion.

New Deep Dungeon, Eureka Orthos

It's been a while since we had a new Deep Dungeon. But Eureka Orthos is finally here! It functions in concept very similar to Palace of the Dead and Heaven on High but also brings its own devious challenges and exciting rewards!

To unlock this new Deep Dungeon, players need to have completed the main scenario ‘Endwalker' as well as clear floor 50 of Palace of the Dead. After you can accept the quest Delve into Myth by talking to Koh Rabntah in Mor Dhona.

There is also a quest chain attached to Eureka Orthos, which requires you to complete it up to Floor 30. Everything beyond is completely optional and only exists to challenge yourself and your friends. The set of Floors 21 to 30 is recommended if you want to level alternative jobs from level 81 to 90.

Splendorous Tools

While some are disappointed that the Disciple of Magic/War Relic weapons are just a way to spend tomestones, crafters and gatherers will get to suffer by creating Splendorous Tools.

That's right, crafting and gathering relics are back and the Skybuilders hell has been replaced with the Splendorous hell instead. You get special relic equipment for all crafting and gathering classes that will eventually end up as some of the best equipment in the game.

To start these, you'll have to start and complete the quest ‘An Original Improvement'. To unlock this quest you have to complete the quest ‘The Crystalline Mean' and the main scenario quest ‘Endwalker' as well as unlock the Boutique of Splendors by speaking with Mowen in Eulmore.

You can then pick up the quest in the Crystarium by talking and Chora-Zoi and let the suffering begin. You can pick up Splendorous Tools after completing ‘An Original Improvement' by talking to Quinnana in the Crystarium.

To enhance your new Splendorous Tools, you have to deliver a certain number of items to Chora-Zoi in the Crystarium. These items are obtained by delivering collectibles to Quinnana and it will depend on your tool what you'll have to deliver.

Crafters need to deliver collectibles they crafted themselves, while Gathers will have to gather and fish certain collectibles of sufficient quality. And if you are an Omni-Crafter+Gatherer, you have my pity. Just think of all the money you'll potentially make once patch 6.4 drops when you kit out entire raid teams.

I believe in you.
