Modern Warfare 2 is finally here, and with it comes our first meta weapon class setup. The M4 is a weapon that everyone knows and loves, and it appears in almost every single Call of Duty game. This year, it’s not different from usual, being one of the first weapons you unlock but also extremely powerful. Here’s our M4 class setup that will give you the most significant advantage in your MW2 matches.

Muzzle: Echoline GS-X Suppressor

Barrel: Tempus Hightower 20” Barrel

Stock: Demo Fade Pro Stock

Rear Grip: Phantom Grip

Magazine: 45 Round Mag

Receiver: M4 

With these attachments, we’ve tried to make the most all-rounded version of the M4 possible. Starting with the Echoline GS-X Suppressor, this helps with the M4’s recoil, and makes it much easier to use in those long distance gunfights. As for the Tempus Hightower 20” Barrel, this gives buffs to the weapons bullet velocity, hip fire accuracy, range and recoil control, making it almost essential to this build. However, this barrel does affect the movement slightly, so we counter this with the Demo Fade Pro Stock, and Phantom Grip to boost ADS speed and movement speed.

Finally, the M4 Receiver might be the most important part of this class setup, as it ensures that you are making an M4 build. With the receivers being slightly hard to understand at first, just make sure that you are using the M4, and not one of the other options.
