‘Messi Operator Bundle’ Brings Lionel Messi to COD MW2

‘The Messi Operator Bundle’ allows the FIFA World Cup Champion Lionel Messi to arrive as a playable operator in COD MW2 and Warzone 2.0.


After including special characters from movies and other media, Activision has released a bundle that includes a top star athlete in association with the FIFA World Cup. Leo Messi’s Operator Bundle consists of a total of 8 items – which includes cosmetics, weapon blueprints, and more. Shortly after recent win playing as Argentina in the World Cup finale, Lionel Messi promoted his operator bundle with an Instagram post.

Lionel Messi isn’t the first footballer to arrive in Call Of Duty as a playable operator, as Activisiom has already granted players the opportunity to play as Neymar JR. and Pogba with their own separate bundles. Besides including Messi’s Operator skin, The bundle contains several other unique skins and cosmetics along with a special finisher move titled No Firearms Needed. An Emblem called Target Acquired, a vehicle skin and more add up to the list of items and cosmetics available in the new bundle.

Operator Bundle Cost and Date of Release

The Operator bundle is available to purchase with COD MW2’s Season One content. The Messi Bundle costs as much as the Neymar JR bundle at 2400 COD Points. Players can, however, grind the current battle pass to earn about 1300 and purchase the rest of the points to get a better deal. To directly purchase the bundle, players need to spend 16.95$ USD. Messi fans need to make sure they have the updated version of COD installed in order to purchase the bundle and play as the FIFA World Cup Champion in matches. Players have a limited amount of time to purchase the bundle before it gets taken off of the COD store.
