“We are very proud to present our first all-women team within Team Vitality. Through this new academy project, we remain faithful to our strategy of identifying, developing and promoting talent,” the president and co-founder of Team Vitality, Fabien “Neo” Devide, said about the organization's newest project. “We hope that this team will go as far as possible in the competition and help pave the way for the further development of women's esports in France,” Divide also added.

A major partner of Vitality in this project is ALDI, one of the major players in the international retail market. According to the press release from Vitality, ALDI’s support shows its desire to be an active partner in esports and its development, and they will be crucial to the visibility and performance of this new team. The players will have the same promotional conditions as all Team Vitality teams such as communication on the club's networks and innovative promotional, while benefitting from access to Team Vitality premium resources provided throughout the year, including V.Hive and V.Performance (Stade de France). The team will be integrated into a professional environment and will be offered tailor-made management.

Anne-Marie Gaultier, Marketing and Communication Director at ALDI France, commented about women in gaming, “There is no doubt that everyone has a place in esports, regardless of gender, age or status. As for the other teams we support, we want to work to encourage all profiles to accomplish themselves and the French Bees will thus contribute to shedding light on the place of women in esport and more broadly, in gaming! This sector is one of the favorite playgrounds of the younger generations, it can naturally act as a vector for progress in terms of parity within society, and we are committed to contributing to this movement.”
