The organizers of the Gamers8 Festival 2023, an upcoming $1 million LAN event in Saudi Arabia, have announced the first four teams to receive invites! Heroic, Vitality, G2, and Virtus.pro will fly to Riyadh this August.

More details regarding other participants and the format of the tournament will be announced in the coming days. Gamers8 Festival 2023 ‘s CSGO edition is set to take place from August 14 to 20 in Saudi Arabia! Sixteen teams will be competing for a chance to win the $1 million prize pool.

The Gamers8 festival is a multi-game esports tournament that will return for its second edition this summer. The event will span eight weeks in Saudi Arabia’s capital city of Riyadh and feature concerts, workshops, and community gaming activities.

The Saudi Esports Federation, the organizing body of the Gamers8 festival, wants this year’s event to be grander than the inaugural edition. This year's installment, aptly named ‘The Land of Heroes,' promises to be a truly immersive experience with a larger prize pool, an extensive list of games, and exciting events happening all over Riyadh. The festival will start on July 6, but the CSGO competition will begin a month later.
