Best Heroes For The Mid Lane in 7.33 Patch

These are the best heroes you can play in the mid lane to defeat your enemies in the 7.33 patch for Dota 2. 


The latest 7.33 patch has provided a number of major changes to the online game. It has an expanded map with new entities that you can interact with to improve your play style. Dota 2 players can spend hundreds of hours playing the New Frontiers map to win matches with their friends in the 7.33 update. 

The New Frontiers map has given Roshan 2 new homes to find shelter. You can move freely between the top lane and the bottom lane by using Twin Gates on the map. The 7.33 patch has beautiful Lotus Pools that sprout Lotuses that can be consumed by players to regain their health and mana between battles.

Muerta 

Muerta attacks the enemy tower in the mid lane in the 7.33 patch

Muerta is an Intelligence hero with several abilities that can mutilate her enemies in battles. The 7.33 patch lets people upgrade Muerta’s skills with an Aghanim’s Shard and Aghanim’s Scepter. You can take the mid lane with Muerta to get early kills. 

She has a maximum range of 575 on her physical attacks, making Muerta stronger against melee heroes in the mid lane. Muerta has a projectile speed of 3000, letting her cast her spells frequently to weaken her enemies. You can max out Dead Shot to deal up to 300 damage to enemy units in lanes with Muerta. Dead Shot has a cooldown of 10 seconds and requires 160 mana to be used in the game. These bullets can be shot to bounce off nearby trees, causing any enemy units hit by Dead Shot to be affected by Fear for 1.3 seconds. 

You can use Dead Shots to deny enemy heroes of their gold and experience in the mid lane. Muerta can purchase a few Blood Grenades before heading to the mid lane to severely drain the health of enemy heroes. Blood Grenades provide 50 health to Muerta and costs 65 gold in the game. Enemy units affected by Blood Grenade can take up to 50 initial damage on impact and will be slowed by 15% for 5 seconds. Blood Grenades will also deal 15 damage per second (DPS) to enemy units in a radius of 300 for the duration of the spell. 

The passive ability, Gunslinger, gives Muerta a 50% chance to shoot a second bullet from her guns. Gunslinger makes Muerta a mighty carry hero in Dota 2. You can earn bonus gold in the mid lane by leveling up Gunslinger for Muerta. People can purchase a Crystalys for 1950 gold to increase her attack damage by 32. The item grants a 30% chance to deal 160% bonus damage with Muerta in battles.

Her ulti, Pierce the Veil, can be used to become immune to physical damage for 8 seconds. Muerta gains bonus attack damage of 150 while Pierce the Veil is active. You can purchase an Aghanim’s Shard for Muerta to gain 30% Spell Lifesteal during the duration of her ulti. Muerta gains 2% spell amplification permanently by killing enemy heroes using Pierce the Veil or if an enemy hero dies near her during team fights. 

Muerta can silence enemy heroes for 3 seconds by summoning up to 4 revenants using The Calling. Enemy heroes touched by any of the 4 revenants are dealt 180 damage, slowing their movement speed and attack speed significantly in battles. These revenants can last for up to 10 seconds. You can purchase a Desolator for Muerta to increase her attack damage by 50. Attacks from Muerta can decrease the armor of her enemies by 6 for 7 seconds. 

People can gain a new ability hero for Muerta in the 7.33 patch by purchasing an Aghanim’s Scepter. Muerta can use Parting Shot on enemy heroes to separate the soul of her opponents from their physical bodies for 4 seconds. Enemy heroes affected by Parting Shot will be disabled for the duration of the spell and take up to 300 damage. Parting Shot has a cooldown of 45 seconds and needs 250 mana to be used per cast. 

Alchemist

Alchemist buys a Diadem in the 7.33 patch

Alchemist is a relentless carry hero in Dota 2. The Strength hero has a base Strength of 23 and gains 2.7 Strength per level. He has over 600 health and 375 mana at the start of the game. Alchemist can earn tons of gold by hitting enemy creeps in the mid lane. His passive ability, Greevil’s Greed, is an innate skill in the 7.33 patch. Alchemist gains 18 bonus gold per kill and up to 2x bonus gold per Bounty rune with Greevil’s Greed in the new update. 

He can use Acid Spray to deal 40 damage per second for 15 seconds in a radius of 625. Enemy units affected by Acid Spray have their armor decreased by 7. The cooldown of Acid Spray has been reduced from 22 seconds to 19 seconds in the 7.33 patch. The mana cost of Acid Spray has also been decreased from 130 to 120. Acid Spray lasts for up to 15 seconds and can be used to eliminate waves of enemy creeps in the mid lane. 

You can purchase a Diadem for Alchemist to increase all of his attributes by 6. Diadem can be bought for 1000 gold in the game. You can nuke enemy units with Acid Spray while playing Alchemist to earn more gold in the mid lane to complete a Harpoon. Alchemist gains 20 Strength, 16 Intelligence, 15 attack damage, 10 Agility, 10 attack speed, and 2 mana regeneration. The Strength hero can use Harpoon to cast Draw Forth, pulling enemy heroes closer to Alchemist during battles. You can buy a Harpoon for 4500 gold.

Alchemist can max out Unstable Concoction to stun enemy heroes for up to 3.2 seconds. Enemy units hit by Unstable Concoction can take 360 damage from the spell. Unstable Concoction has a cooldown of 13 seconds and consumes 100 mana to be used per cast. You can use Unstable Concoction within an Acid Spray to deal bonus damage to enemy heroes with Alchemist. 

The carry hero has a new passive ability, Corrosive Weaponry, that makes Alchemist stronger in team fights. His physical attacks can slow enemy heroes by 6% per stack, lasting for up to 3.5 seconds. It also reduces the Status Resistance of Alchemist by 6% for the duration of each stack. Corrosive Weaponry can be stacked for up to 11 times while playing Alchemist. 

You can purchase a Sange and Yasha for Alchemist to increase his movement speed and attack speed. Sange and Yasha grants 16 Strength, 16 Agility, 12% movement speed, 12 attack speed,  20% Status Resistance, 22% health regeneration, and 22% Lifesteal amplification. The item costs 4100 gold in the game. His ulti, Chemical Rage, can decrease the base attack time of Alchemist to 1. Alchemist gains a bonus movement speed of 60 and bonus health regeneration of 110 for 30 seconds. Chemical Rage has a cooldown of 60 seconds and requires 100 mana. You can increase the movement speed gained using Chemical Rage by 50 at level 25. 

The Talent Tree provides several resourceful upgrades to Alchemist. The melee hero can increase the armor reduction of Acid Spray at level 10. You can gain 1.5 damage per stack of Greevil’s Greed at level 15. Alchemist can deal up to 760 damage using Unstable Concoction at level 20 through the Talent Tree in Dota 2. 

You can collect Wisdom runes from the map with Alchemist to level up faster in the 7.33 patch. Alchemist can purchase a Bottle to replenish his health and mana throughout the game. You can store and activate runes at will with Alchemist using a Bottle in the latest version of the strategy game.
