Three OG Squad Members To Miss Berlin Major 2023 Due To Visa Troubles

Heading into the Berlin Major 2023, the two-time TI champions will be leaving three of their regular members at home

The best Dota 2 teams from across the globe, such as Shopify Rebellion, Team Liquid, Gaimin Gladiators, and PSG.LGD, are set to compete in the upcoming Berlin Major 2023. OG’s road to the tournament was not a smooth one, as they had to toil through the tiebreakers to book a place in the Berlin Majors. The team's quest for silverware in the German capital is set to become more challenging, as Dmitry “DM” Dorokhin, Evgenii “Chu” Makarov, and Mikhail “Misha” Agatov will be unable to join the tournament due to visa issues. Although the team has managed to find substitutes for DM and Chu, there is still no confirmation regarding a replacement for Misha, who is the team’s regular coach.

Who Will Replace DM and Chu In OG’s Berlin Major Squad?

Ivan “MinD_ContRoL” Ivanov from Nigma Galaxy and Kartik “Kitrak” Rathi from Old G will take over the roles of OG's offlaner DM and support player Chu. Both players have years of professional Dota 2 experience under their belt, but integrating them into the same team could prove to be a challenge as they have never played together before.

OG demonstrated a noteworthy performance at DreamLeague Season 19, reaching the second group stage, but their elimination before the playoffs highlights areas for improvement.
