S1mple will return to Natus Vincere for BLAST Premier Fall Groups Knockout Stage

The legendary awper S1mple, will make his return to Natus Vincere in Copenhagen.

CSGO Superstar Oleksandr “s1mple” Kostyliev announced on Twitter he will be flying to Denmark to join up with the rest of his Natus Vincere squad for the remainder of the Blast Premier Fall Groups Knockout stage. The legendary awper was unable to start the event due to personal reasons and the squad would instead promote academy player Daniil “headtr1ck” Valitov to get more tier one experience with the Ukrainian side. While the youngster performed admirably against top European teams, bringing back your superstar player will take Natus Vincere back to being series favorites for this tournament.

S1mple back in the game

According to HLTV, headtr1ck boasted some promising numbers for Natus Vincere in the opening group games. Putting up a 1.12 rating which puts him 17th in regard to the highest player ratings at the tournament. In an interview with HLTV, NAVI's coach Andrey “B1ad3” Gorodenskiy said despite the promising numbers, headtr1ck isn't comfortable enough just yet playing against the best opposition in the world.

“I think that he is not ready to play versus tier one comfortably enough. I see how passive he is sometimes because he doesn't know what to do, because he's afraid to do something, for example. Or he doesn't know how to do this, for example. It's like you get experience, you go higher and higher on a hill, and from the hill, you see more, you know what I mean? A metaphor. It's like this. At the moment, he has some potential, but he's not on the hill, he doesn't see what is going on there. When he understands the macro, and how it works on the map, I think it will be much easier for him to compete.”
