Could TSM Hamlinz & Daequan Return Soon? These LA Posters Could Be A Positive Sign

The streaming world is anxiously awaiting the return of TSM members Daequan and Hamlinz. Could they be planning a comeback in a cryptic manner?

Streaming fans across the internet have long-awaited the return of TSM personalities Darryle “Hamlinz” Hamlin and Daequan “Daequan” Loco. The two Twitch streamers exploded onto the scene in 2017 and 2018 during the craze of Fortnite Battle Royale in its infancy. The Epic Games-developed title quickly rose through the ranks and became the game to play no matter your platform or genre preference.

Fortnite helped streamers into the limelight and secured millions for some. Well-known names such as Tyler “Ninja” Blevins and Turner “Tfue” Tennery jumped to the forefront of Fortnite content creation. But others like Ali “Myth” Kabbani, Daequan and Hamlinz enjoyed similar notoriety and fame mainly due to Fortnite and their infectious presence.

Myth joined esports organization TSM in January 2018. Daequan and Hamlinz followed suit one month later, and the three became known as the TSM trio. Despite their success and popularity on Twitch, Daequan and Hamlinz vanished from social media, including Twitch, in early-2020.

In fact, neither has streamed since March of 2020, and fans have held out hope that the two would return someday. That day could be on the horizon based on some cryptic posters found in Los Angeles earlier today.

Mysterious Posters in LA Featuring Hamlinz and Daequan

Jake Lucky of Esports Talk tweeted out a wall of flyers in Los Angeles, California, that features Daequan and Hamlinz. The posters include a “Find the Streamers” title above the picture. A search of Find the Streamers on YouTube leads to this YouTube Channel, again with both TSM members prominently featured.

The channel was created on August 12 and currently possesses more than 400 subscribers. While it’s not much to draw from, it’s the most we’ve seen in quite some time. Neither Hamlinz nor Daequan have referenced the YouTube channel and their social media presence has been nonexistent, but many hope this will be the return of the Fortnite legends.

Myth Speaks on Absence of Hamlinz and Daequan

There’s been no shortage of YouTube videos regarding the disappearance and the hopeful return of Daequan and Hamlinz. However, there’s no person better to hear from than their friend and former roommate Myth, who recently spoke about the dearly missed streamers on an episode of the “Courage and Nadeshot Show.” While Myth has discussed the topic time and time again, he took a few minutes to speak on the absence of Daequan and Hamlinz.

Myth stated that they endured a string of personal issues leading up to their Twitch hiatus. The TSM member added that he is “cool” with Daequan and Hamlinz, but they don’t talk consistently anymore. Unfortunately, he does not have the answers that fans of the OG TSM players are seeking.

Could these mysterious posters be a sign of positive movement? It’s challenging to say for sure, and this could be nothing whatsoever. Regardless, it’s worth acknowledging, and we’ll have to wait and see what comes from Find the Streamers.

Hamlinz & Daequan Tweet for the First Time in Months, Adding Fuel to Speculation

Hamlinz and Daequan surfaced on Twitter a day after the strange LA missing posters. Both sent out a pair of shifty eyes, and the response could not have been warmer. Hamlinz received more than 100K likes, while Daequan eclipsed 200K. It seems the two TSM legends are planning a comeback of sorts. It’ll be critical to keep an eye on the YouTube channel mentioned above in the coming weeks.
