XSET Reveals Halo Infinite Roster

Esports organization XSET has officially entered the Halo Championship Series (HCS) following the record-breaking first two weeks of the Halo Infinite season.

Competitive Halo has all the momentum in the world after just two tournaments. The HCS witnessed 406 registered teams to start the season before a record 512 teams signed up to compete in the second qualifier. As a result, organizations have begun to take note.

XSET is one of those teams, and today, the organization revealed its entire roster ahead of this week's HCS Qualifiers, where teams will compete for an all-expenses-paid trip to the Raleigh Kick-Off Major in December. The org joins a list of reputable teams such as OpTic Gaming, Cloud9 and G2 Esports on the HCS circuit.

The team, previously known as Crowd Pleasers, has agreed to compete under the XSET banner moving forward. That squad consists of Carlos “Cratos” Ayala, Oliver “FilthyG” Gerlach, Ayden “Suspector” Hill, PorkyJ and coach Breezy. All four players and their coach have competed in the first two HCS Qualifiers, managing back-to-back 9th-12th finishes, losing to only the cream of the crop; such as Cloud9 and FaZe Clan.

Suspector took to Twitter stating, “Excited is an understatement. Looking forward to what we will accomplish and couldn't ask to be a part of a better org.” FilthyG echoed a similar sentiment, writing, “Let's go!! Very fortunate to play under these guys this season.”

Tomorrow's HCS Kick-Off Qualifier will be Cratos and company's first tournament under XSET. Cratos, Suspector, FilthyG and PorkyJ have all the motivation needed to make a statement ahead of the $250K USD tournament in Raleigh.

Be sure to tune in tomorrow to see how XSET performs against North America's top Halo Infinite rosters!
