Esports Org Built By Gamers Announces Halo Infinite Roster

Built By Gamers has officially committed to the Halo Championship Series (HCS).

Competitive Halo is the hottest it's been in quite some time. The first three weeks of the HCS have exceeded expectations and broken previously set participation records. Halo's surging popularity has caused many esports organizations to take note. Many reputable brands have already secured teams, but today, another joined the growing list.

Today, the North American brand Built By Gamers (BBG) announced its roster for the Halo Infinite season. The organization's Twitter account named KingJay, Minds, Dillon “Nebula” Myslinski and Kyle “Nemmasist” Kubina to its with hopes of making a splash on the HCS circuit.

BBG Halo Infinite Roster Reveal

BBG released a video on its Twitter account, welcoming the four players to their Halo Infinite roster. A relatively new squad—KingJay, Minds, Nebula and Nemassist competed in the HCS Raleigh Kick-Off Qualifier, finishing 13th-16th overall. The roster is a mixture of competitors new to the Halo scene and veterans that have been around. BBG's welcome video featured an excellent cameo from legendary in-game Halo announcer Jeffrey Steitzer.

KingJay took to Twitter with his excitement following the announcement. “LETS GOOOOO beyond excited to announce I'm officially signing with @builtbygamers as a Halo player alongside my teammates @Nebuula, @Nemassist & @Twissted_Mindss, it's time to get to work,” he wrote. Minds echoed a similar sentiment, stating “I'm super excited to play with this team thank you for the opportunity @builtbygamers.”

While the team has not spent much time together, their performance in the HCS Kick-Off Qualifier is reassuring. They had only practiced three times leading into the tournament. The newly acquired BBG roster looks ahead to HCS Raleigh in two weeks, where they'll battle through the open bracket for a share of $250K USD.
