Lando Norris-Founded Esport Org Quadrant Reveals Halo Infinite Roster

Quadrant has announced its Halo Infinite team, which will make the trip to compete at HCS Raleigh this coming weekend.

Founded by Formula 1 racing superstar — Lando Norris — Quadrant has silently risen through the ranks as a brand. Norris launched Quadrant in November of last year, emphasizing content creation and merchandise. Since then, the organization has amassed nearly 90K followers on Twitter and over 400K YouTube subscribers.

While the content centers primarily around racing, Quadrant has officially committed to competitive Halo Infinite with a squad of French players. The team of Sonny “Fragxr” Marchaland, Paul “Nurix” Villemont, Norwen “SLG” Le Galloudec and Sébastien “TchiK” Darriet will represent the green and black colors for the Halo Championship Series (HCS) Halo Infinite season.

Quadrant Signs Top Team OEX

This French squad formerly competed on the European circuit under “OEX” before signing with Quadrant. They've amassed quite the record since the HCS season began in November. Fragxr, Nurix, SLG and TchiK have not finished lower than second in their three online tournament outings, losing only to three-time winners — Cartel.

Norris commented on the signing in a press release to Veloce:

“I've loved watching Halo since it launched last month and I made sure we moved quickly to sign one of Europe's most talented rosters to our team,” he said. “I've set the goals high and the team is just as passionate as I am, so let's go get our first win!”

The Road Thus Far & What Lies Ahead

The newly signed Quadrant team shifts focus to Raleigh, North Carolina, for the HCS Raleigh Kick-Off Major. Once arriving, they'll compete in Pool Play to determine their position in the Championship Bracket. The tournament in Raleigh bolsters a massive $250K USD prize pool, with $100K USD going to the winners.

Quadrant has shown its ability to compete in the European scene. With an esports organization behind them, Fragxr, Nurix, SLG and TchiK have all the motivation they need to deliver a strong performance in their LAN debut.
